Kids Bedrooms

The girls have got nice little matching bedrooms that fortunately hadn't had the fake beam and rough plaster treatment, but they were a bit soul-less. We did the oldest's room almost right away when we moved in because she was so reluctant to move house and really missed her old bedroom.

It was an easy one to do - she saw a picture of a room she wanted on Pinterest and we copied it, right down to the wooden bunny hook on the wall. It turned out well.

Unfortunately this one was done before the re-wire so her walls had to be butchered and re-patched in the process and now her walls are a bit grubby.

We sort of went for the same tack with the smallest's room a few months later, except we were a bit less inspired and it still hasn't got its finishing touches.

Both the girls have en-suites thanks to the previous nutter who decided to go overboard on bathrooms, but they both need ripping out and starting again. That needs money so for now one is is roped off and the other just about functions for an occasional use
